How we handle your information

What this website collects

When you send a request, we receive what you enter: your name, organization, email, phone, location, acreage, and notes. We use it only to reply, quote, and schedule your survey. The site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Where it goes

Requests are stored on our web server and emailed to dale@frontierdronesolutions.com. We don't sell or share request information. Ask us at any time to delete it.

Survey data

• You own your survey results: reports, maps, and footage of your land.
• We share results only with you and people you name.
• On request, we delete raw footage after delivery and keep only the report and flight records we must retain.
• We may use anonymized, location-free statistics (for example, average densities) in our field notes. We never publish an identifiable property without permission.

Wildlife locations

Wildlife locations are sensitive. We never share live or recent locations of deer or any other animal with hunters or trappers, and we don't provide scouting, tracking, or recovery services.

People and neighboring property

Flights that follow FAA rules don't legally need a landowner's permission to pass over their land, because the FAA regulates the airspace. As a company policy, we survey only land whose owner or manager has given permission, take off and land only where we have permission, and don't record or keep identifiable images of people. Imagery that incidentally captures neighboring property isn't counted or shared.
